What is the #Crockfitapp?

The #CrockFitApp functions as your complete training guide, providing workout programs suitable for gym or home training, designed to increase your physical fitness, burn fat, gain muscle and transform your body.

Are there video tutorials for the exercises?

Yes, every exercise has a video and voice over demo, coaching you through each technique, like your very own online personal trainer. Additionally, you can use the Coach Mode - available for all home workouts where you can train with Alex in full-length-follow-along videos.

Is there a nutrition plan included in the #Crockfitapp?

Yes, there is a documents section ready for download, which include your full nutrition guide and recipes (including a vegan plan), #CrockFit Fundamentals and much more. You can find these by clicking on the nutrition tab at the bottom. Once you have read the nutrition guide, Alex is available to personally help you with your nutrition and lifestyle if needed.

Do I get 1-1 Support from Alex?

Absolutely, Alex is here to help you and interact with you over email to offer you the best advice on your fitness journey. He offers unlimited personalised support taking into account your challenges and history to give you the best tips to lose weight or build muscle through his fitness plans.

How can the #Crockfitapp help me to achieve my fitness goals?

The app is designed to help you build muscle, burn fat and improve your wellbeing. The app offers training plans designed to get you closer to your desired results. Alex can help you to pick the best one and offer you the support needed. 

Are there plans for women?

Yes, we offer a variety of plans that are used by women around the world. We even have a gym plan totally designed for women: SheFit - aiming to focus on those parts that are the most important for women, for example: the lower body and glutes. You can also find a Yoga plan perfect to tone muscles, improve strength and flexibility

Do I need a gym membership to use the app?

It depends! Some of our plans are designed to just use your body weight or home-based equipment and can be done anywhere. If you have a gym membership you can take advantage of it by using plans such as GymFit and GymAbs etc.

Can I measure my progress within the #Crockfitapp?

Yes, the app has multiple touch-points that allow you to track your progress - not just the number on the scale, but also how you see yourself in the mirror. Your weight and pictures can be added and viewed in your profile area. Sometimes the scale is not moving but through pictures, you can see your progress. The app also allows you to track how strong you are getting by keeping track of the weights you use. Everything is of course both optional and private to your account.

How much does it cost?

The #CrockFitApp is completely FREE to download! The free download of the app includes the first week of any plan, as well as use of the other features. The Complete Subscription gives you access to all plans, full features, challenges, nutrition guide and 1-1 support from Alex. You can subscribe now for £12.99 per month or £94.99. What devices are compatible with the app? 

Every Apple and Android phone is compatible with the CrockFit App. Our app is not designed for tablets, that said the app can still work, just not offering the ideal experience.

Do I need to buy equipment to use the app?

Not necessarily, since there are a variety of no-equipment plans. We also have plans that will require you to use resistance bands, kettlebells or dumbbells. The gym plans will focus on standard equipment you can find in the gym. So it depends on what plan you choose. Alex will be happy to help you to select the best one based on your goals, preferences and environment.
