GYMFIT

A body transformation training and nutrition plan for men. Exercise routines created for gym training to help gain muscle, burn body fat and increase overall fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels, GymFit is designed to keep you motivated, achieve incredible results, and create lifelong healthy habits.

What is included?

  • 4 x 12 week gym training programmes gradually increasing in difficulty: GymFit1, GymFit2, GymFit3 & GymFit4.

  • Clear and easy to understand exercise video demonstrations.

  • Personal email coaching.

Commitment

  • 1 hour gym training sessions, 4-5 times per week.
