HOMEBUILD

The HomeBuild plan is a workout plan suitable for men and women looking to build strength and muscle across their whole body, using no equipment! This means you can take these workouts anywhere – stay at home, go to the park, or even take it to the gym if you like. HomeBuild is designed to challenge you, keep you motivated and create healthy long term habits.

What is Included?

  • A 12 week home training programme with a variety of workouts and progressive cycles.

  • The fundamentals guide (pdf) full of key information and additional tips to achieve your fitness goals.

  • Clear and easy to understand exercise video demonstrations.

Commitment

  • 30 minute home training sessions, 4-5 times per week.
