GYMATHLETE

The GymAthlete plan is suitable for men and women who are looking to get fitter, healthier, stronger, leaner and more athletic. You will build muscle across your whole body with functional gym based workouts, using a whole variety of equipment.

The workout plans in this category are varied and fun and will challenge you to be your best athlete!

What is Included?

  • A 12 week gym training programme with a variety of workouts and progressive cycles.

Commitment

  • 45-60 minute training sessions, 5 times per week.
