A body transformation training and nutrition plan for those who prefer exercising at HOME (or anywhere!). This plan is an all round fitness plan to get you fitter, stronger, and leaner! No equipment needed, just your body and strong mindset. HomeFit is designed to keep you motivated, achieve incredible results, and create lifelong healthy habits.

What is Included?

  • 4 x 12 week home training programme gradually increasing in difficulty: HomeFit1, HomeFit2, HomeFit3 & HomeFit4.

  • The fundamentals guide (pdf) full of key information and additional tips to achieve your fitness goals.

  • The nutrition and supplement guide (pdf) complete with nutritious recipes to try - check out the vegan section it’s delish!

  • Clear and easy to understand exercise video demonstrations.

  • Personal email coaching.

  • Access to the #CrockFitCommunity Facebook group!

  • Follow along workouts in Coach Mode* available in HomeFit1.

Commitment

  • 30 minute home training sessions, 5 times per week.
