R-BAND

The R-BAND plan is suitable for men and women looking to get fitter, stronger, leaner, more athletic, and healthier. You will build muscle across your whole body using just resistance bands and your bodyweight! This means you can do these workouts at home, or at the gym, or anywhere you have access to some bands.

The plan includes a whole variety of methods to get the best results in fitness and body shape, such as full body strength workouts, specific body part training, and even resistance band cardio!

What is Included?

  • A 12 week home or gym training programme with a variety of workouts and progressive cycles.

  • The fundamentals guide (pdf) full of key information and additional tips to achieve your fitness goals.

  • The nutrition and supplement guide (pdf) complete with nutritious recipes to try - check out the vegan section it’s delish!

  • Clear and easy to understand exercise video demonstrations.

  • Personal email coaching.

  • Follow along workouts in Coach Mode*.

Commitment

  • 30 minute training sessions, 4-5 times per week.
