The HomeAbs plan is a bodyweight workout plan suitable for men and women of all fitness and experience levels looking to get a stronger core and more defined abs, using no equipment! This means you can take these workouts anywhere – stay at home, go to the park, or even take it to the gym if you like.

Whether you need stronger abs to improve your sport performance, prevent injury, become more functional in day-to-day life, or of course reveal those six pack abs, then this plan is for you!

What is Included?

  • A 4 week home training programme with a variety of workouts and progressive cycles.

  • Clear and easy to understand exercise video demonstrations.
